How to prevent colds

Avoid working too many hours and forgoing the recommended number of sleep hours of 7-8 for adults…rest is essential after working hard! Drink warm water or teas (lemon, ginger). Warm the highest point in your back (Cervical 7 area) with a hot pack, blow dryer or warm water bottle. Massage the dorsum of the foot–the midpoint of the transverse crease of the ankle joint. This will help strengthen the exterior energy of your body!
