Quit smoking program now available!

We’re very excited to launch our “Quit Smoking” program — and just in time for New Year’s resolutions!  Our Clinic Director, Aifei Wang, has been using acupuncture to help people quit smoking for years.  We’ve collected her Eastern medicine knowledge about smoking addictions, combined it with counseling tools from sources like the NIH, and rolled it all into a comprehensive six-week program.
Here’s an overview of the program:

  • Week 1: Prepare
You learn to recognize your triggers and control your cravings.  With two acupuncture treaments, your cigarette use begins to diminish.
  • Week 2: Control
The goal this week is to cut your cigarette use in half by exercising the control you learned last week.  We help you cut back with two more acupuncture treatments.
  • Week 3: Detox
By week 3, your cigarette consumption is down to zero.  Three acupuncture treatments treat the physiological aspects of withdrawal symptoms as you officially become a non-smoker.
  • Weeks 4, 5, 6: Maintain
One acupuncture treatment each week supports you as become a non-smoker and develop new, healthier habits.

Read more about our Quit Smoking Program on our website.  The normal price for this six-week program will be $750.  But to help get you a healthy start this year, we are offering it through Feb. 28th at a 33% discount for just $500. Spread the word to everyone you know who aspires to be a non-smoker!
